So little time.....

This week I have been a busy little bee crocheting beanies for Rhyley's school team
for Relay for Life! I am busy making up to 20 beanies for next weekend!
If time permits there will be aliens (to go with the team's space theme) or daffodils on each one!

There has been little time to scrap!
So here are the pages I have completed since the last time I shared.

This first one is one of my Dad and his brother when they played Rugby League
together, a very LONG time ago.
Check the credits: here, here & here

This one is of my little monkey when he was in hospital last year.

This one is from the KISS concert in Mackay!
I won the tickets and took Jason with me and his sister and brother in-law got
tickets too and came up for the weekend to attend.
It was an AMAZING night!
Rockin' the credits here, here & here

This one is of my boys being silly  (as per usual)

Here is a rare one containing photos of me!
I love how it turned out.

This is a layout was made after my uncle's passing and is of my
Dad with his 3 siblings.

For Easter I made Rhyley this bunny basket!
I loved how it turned out so I did a layout!

Seriously I LOVE Rise of the Guardians and I LOVE Jack Frost!
I also LOVE the quote I used for the title on this layout!

This layout is all about play!
We headed to the park and Daddy and Rhyley played it up for the camera!

The other weekend we took Rhyley to the Circus for the first time!

I scrapped this photo years ago when I began digi-scrap but I only used
a quick page.
I now prefer to make my own pages so I rescrapped it and came up with this:

Lately I have applied and been knocked back from many Creative Teams.
At first it upset me, especially when I was knocked back from a few of my favourite
designers.
Instead of not applying I have decided to apply more often.

When I saw a call for a smaller designer Crescent Moon Designs,
I decided to throw my hat in the ring, seriously the worst that can happen is
I'd get told NO! (and well lately I am getting used to it :-P)
But.... I was accepted and here are my first layouts:

An invite to a camp out party:

 Here are the credits
Well that is all for now.
Until next time,

Study, study, study

Yep that's right I am studying this year!
I decided to do the Tertiary Preparation Program through the University of Southern Queensland.
So this semester I will be studying two subjects Studying to Succeed (which is basically English) and Maths, then next semester I will pick up General Science.
Then after passing these courses I should be able to gain a place in a Bachelor of Nursing with an extra year for a Bachelor of Midwifery.

Of course at the moment studying is taking up most of my free time which means I have very little time to scrap let alone blog about what I've scrapped.
So until the end of June layouts maybe few and far between but hopefully I will still be able to reach my goal of 365 layouts for the year. *fingers crossed*

Here is the latest layout I've done:

Well I better go and finish my assignment
Until next time

Mmmm....

Well we have been busy with school holidays which really doesn't allow me to scrap very often during the day so I have had to leave it until night which usually means I am to tired to scrap so it has been left at the wayside a little lately.

So here are some on the layouts I have been able to get done lately:

It's Here

The weekend is finally here!
Today Jason let me have a sleep which was lovely. After I got my butt out of bed I joined Jason and Rhyley in the lounge, they were watching Transformers yet again for like the millionth time.
I swear I am going to hide it so they can't watch it for a while.
I know it's mean but seriously if they keep watching it at this rate they will wear it out lol.

So after the movie I decided to do so digi-scrapping and got another new page:

I also got my hybrid project finished today and I am very happy with how it turned out!
Here's a photo:

Welcome!

Hello!
My name is Julie and I am addicted to Digital Scrapbooking!

No seriously.... It is a problem.... I can honestly say that when I start it can be hard to stop.
It is a problem, I get so involved that I loose track of time when I'm scrapping....

I can spend hours and hours and all of a sudden look up at the clock and exclaim "Oh *bleep*! it's 3am I really should go to bed or I'll never get up in the morning..." then I reluctantly save my work, close PSE6 and drag my butt to bed.

But seriously if I didn't digi-scrap then our photos would probably be in some horrible album or box never seen or appreciated.
For all the late nights and hours spent scrapping our family memories are definitely worth it.
Even if I'm the only one who appreciate the effort that goes into each page at least I know that one day my son will have memories to share with his family.

So if you too digi-scrap and you have any pointers or advice to part with please feel free to comment :)

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy
